Important Note: Items must NOT be sent back to our office address. If this is done, the return will not be accepted, and we cannot be held liable for any loss of the product or charges incurred. Once your return is approved, we will provide the correct warehouse address where the item should be shipped. Failure to follow this process may result in delays or non-acceptance of your return.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once the inspection is complete, we will inform you to let you know if your refund has been approved.

If your refund is approved, the funds will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider. If the original payment was made via a credit card, this timeframe may vary slightly based on your card issuer’s processing policies.

Please keep in mind that while we initiate refunds promptly, it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
