  • Refund policy

    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return just head to your customer account portal, select the order which contains the product(s) you wish to return and click the 'Request a return' button.

    If your return is accepted, you should return the goods back to us within 14 days of notifying us of your decision. You are responsible for covering the direct expenses associated with the return and any decrease in value resulting from handling that exceeds what is essential to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

    Items must not be sent back to our office address. If this is done, the return will not be accepted, and we cannot be held liable for any loss of the product or charges incurred. Once your return is approved, we will provide the correct warehouse address where the item should be shipped. Failure to follow this process may result in delays or non-acceptance of your return.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items

    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom and bespoke products (such as special orders or personalized items). Each of these items is meticulously crafted according to your specific preferences and order, ensuring its uniqueness to you.     If you need to cancel any bespoke or custom made item before it has been delivered, we will deduct any costs incurred at the point of cancellation, and deduct this from you refund payment.

    Exchanges

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
